The best letting agent ever

We are looking to move house to a completely new part of the country and met the best letting agent ever on a recent trip up north.

We wern’t sure of the local area, so the agent gave us some top tips of places we would like to live, and assured us that he would be able to gauge from us in just a few minutes the right place for us, and that he would have a house on his books perfect for us!

Well how true that was – within just an hour and a quick tour of the local area we were taken to this lovely new build which had everything we wanted in it!

Being young, it was always commented on that the big houses with the automatic sliding gates were the people who had really made it in life- whether this was true or not it was a funny way of looking things.

The most impressive of houses it is true tend to come with automatic sliding gates, and the ‘buzz’ button on the gate which allows the owner to talk to the person waiting at the gate. Secretley everyone wants a sliding gate at some point in their life, even if it is just to be able to turn people away without having to talk to them face to face!
